Interviews online Local residents: Rose and other residents of the Mapledene Estate, Hackney, are interviewed by local students about their experiences of WWII and about living in a post-war housing scheme (podcasts). Retired architects: Retired architects and planners are asked questions about various aspects of their work on housing after WWII (podcasts).

Interviews online Veteran’s stories: Veterans of WWII were asked to contribute their stories and experiences onto the BBC website, to form an accessible digital archive (written interviews and images). Speeches and sounds: Speeches and sounds of WWII from the BBC (audio clips).
