As a leadership team: 1. Use the Leadership Team Meeting Self-Assessment tool to reflect on the functionality of your leadership team meetings. 2. Review the targeted level systems checklist and planning tool to assess the systems that support your leadership team. 3. Be prepared to share with the large group the following: One strength of your leadership team based on your self- assessment.
