Positive Feedback ‘Learners take pride and professionalism in their work.’ ‘Learners gain valuable skills and knowledge.’ ‘Training Consultants agree challenging targets with their learners.’ ‘Learners feel safe and confident in their learning environment.’ ‘The provider uses it’s QDP well.’

Estyn experience from ISA’s perspective Less provider control over field visits. Inspection learner focused. Emphasis on sector leading practice. Attainment rates required above national average. Inconsistencies between Ofsted and Estyn standards.

Salon Cymru-Leading to better things SC Winners have been part of the Hairdressing British team and competed in Paris. Overall winner 2009 went on to appear in Britain's Best hairdresser and now works in Harrods Salon. Overall winner 2010 competing in the British team worldwide.
