Why Get Active??? Inactivity is a Problem? 65% of Americans are now overweight or obese Obesity is increasing in every age, ethnicity, and in both genders. Nearly half of American youth ages are not vigorously active on a regular basis. 14% of young people report no recent physical activity.

Helps you lose weight and control your appetite!! You will look better! Helps you feel better about yourself! Helps you relieve tension and relax! Benefits of Physical Activity Makes you feel more energetic!

It is now recommended that young people participate in at least 60 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity most days of the week – preferably every day!!
