What does Customer Support do? answer customer or hotel partner calls & s professionally in English & in Foreign languages investigate, make decisions and take action on inbound contacts handle and resolve customer requests based on the customer delight principles provide customers with product and service information identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant parties based on set procedures follow up open cases till resolution is achieved whenever necessary

How we work? Shift based work schedule – weekly rotation (provided 2 months in advance) AM week ~ 06:00 – 14:30 CET PM week ~ 14:30 – 23:00 CET Cover week ~ 9:00 – 17:30 CET Work on Public Holidays when scheduled Adherence to breaks and other schedules –0,5 hr meal break –1 hr personal break in slots (divided to 6x 10 minutes) You are trained and supported to reach your performance targets Your work is monitored and you receive feedback continuously
