Best Practices One DaaS Seat is required for each named user. RMM is required per seat, Evolve IP essentials or professional, or customer can provide their own RMM. There is a 25 user minimum for any DaaS order. Each customer requires one DaaS Infrastructure Bundle to act as the Active Directory and Tenant Portal Server. Client VPN services are not required for secure, remote access to Evolved Desktop, but are recommended for administrator access to AD server.
