Development First started in 2003 as joint symposium organized by the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and National University of Singapore (NUS) HKU-NUS symposium attracts high quality research papers and is becoming a platform of choice for real estate researchers in Asia

Presentations Dedicated presentations and designated discussants Twelve to fifteen papers will be selected by the Program Committee The Program Committee comprises editorial broad members of JREFE (The Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics) and other renowned real estate researchers from the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia
Special Issue in Prestigious Journal All papers will be independently reviewed for their suitability for publication in a special issue of The Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics (JREFE)
