CAMPAIGN PLAN- A PLAN FOR A SERIES OF RELATED MILITARY OPERATIONS AIMED TO ACHIEVE STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES WITHIN A GIVEN TIME AND SPACE Definitions OPLAN- AN OPERATION PLAN FOR THE CONDUCT OF MILITARY OPERATIONS THAT CAN BE USED AS THE BASIS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN OPERATION ORDER (OPORD). INCLUDES ALL ANNEXES AND DEPLOYMENT / MOVEMENT PLANS. US JP 1-02 DOD DICTIONARY OPORD- A DIRECTIVE ISSUED BY A COMMANDER TO SUBORDINATE COMMANDERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EFFECTING THE COORDINATED EXECUTION OF AN OPERATION CONPLAN- AN OPERATION PLAN IN AN ABBREVIATED CONCEPT FORMAT FOR THE CONDUCT OF OPERATIONS. IT CAN BE CONVERTED TO A OPLAN, CAMPAIGN, OR OPORD. IT MAY OR MAY NOT INCLUDE A FULL SET OF ANNEXES AND DEPLOYMENT/ MOVEMENT PLANS.
