Example: Christian is most to blame for the deception of Roxane because although he is not too bright he should have known better, he is a soldier and shouldn’t allow someone to push him around, and he owes it to Roxane to be honest.

But, please, if you are beyond this… Since Cyrano is older and wiser, the responsibility for the ignominious deception of Roxane lies solely on his befeathered head, compounded by his selfish wish to get his words to Roxane and his blatant manipulation of Christian. What if Cyrano didn’t have a big nose? (then a 3-4 sentence answer) Imagine if Christian did not take the bait and was honest with Roxane. (then a 3-4 sentence description)
