To provide compassionate, quality healthcare services to the underinsured and uninsured within the community of Cheboygan

1. We believe all patients should be treated with equality and respect. 2. We believe patient education is a vital component to maintain health and wellness within the community. 3. We believe patients have the right to make informed decisions regarding their health care. 4. We believe in providing quality health care through compassionate volunteers. 5. We believe a community is needed to sustain health and wellness.
