Click to edit Master title style Transforming lives Where we are now (3) Preparing for the Future It is not expected that staff will be able to carry out all aspects of their new job straight away Discussion will be ongoing and depth of knowledge will increase as staff transition away from their old roles. Staff will continue in their current physical location until such time as the balance of their work is in their new role and suitable accommodation is found for the team, this may mean some temporary moves, before a permanent home is found. Ensuring continuity of service is paramount
