Client Migration Experiences We are extremely honored to have these two clients here today to talk about their experience and perspective in having been Harris Connect users to now being iModules users. Please remember that each of you will have unique requirements, timing, and teams– your migration plan will be customized to you. Both of these clients had made the decision to migrate prior to the acquisition.

Migration Goals Alumni Relations pages, online directory and event registration live by February 15, 2013 – very accelerated implementation of 2½ months Actual launch date March 20, 2012 – 3½ months Full use of Encompass for starting April, 2013 Development pages migration scheduled to be live in August, 2013

Suggestions/Advice… Don’t do what we did! An 8-12 month implementation is much more realistic! Try Jing! Free program that allows you to take screenshots and add notes, arrows, etc. Google Analytics – Incorporate this during the design stage so you are ready from launch Take full advantage of online tutorials and free training classes – you will need it! Consider the three day onsite training/build sessions.
