Principle of Operations IT Services Unit:  Supports teaching at Metropolia University  Is responsible for the support and development of ICT applications and hardware deployed in the University  Participates in advancing common processes together with the process owner by developing, purchasing and realizing ICT systems to support the processes 2

Using workstations Restricted permissions  Save all your important files to your homedrive (Z drive) also in theme classrooms  Temporary user profiles. You cannot save own Desktop configurations or other changes.  C:\temp temporary space for public use  Classroom configurations: 7
