Outcomes & Objectives Objectives To use primary witness evidence to discover what Jack the Ripper may have looked and dressed like. To assess the reliability of witness evidence. To speculate as to the description and occupation the Ripper. Outcomes 1. Study the witness information table and use ‘The Reliability Hand’ to rate the reliability of witness evidence. 2. Complete the table in the Word document to show all the witness evidence in an ‘at-a-glance’ format. 3. Access the Excel workbook and use the data to produce three graphs showing features of the Rippers’ appearance, and write two bullet-points about each graph. 4. Use the ‘Detective Notebook’ slide to jot down any important evidence you have found in the witness statements – are there any links in what you found here to what you found by studying the psychological profile? 5. Complete the ‘Wanted’ profile, using bullet-points and an ‘artists impression’. 6.
