Again…Do morals and ethics override economic stability? Let’s discuss and discover the answer to this question.

Group #2--- Some wars are fought because people believe they must police the world. Is this the case in Iraq? Do you think we need to police the world? Explain. Cluster Group = 3 min.Outer Students = 2 min.

Group #1--- Some wars are considered “just” wars because people believe they must stop an evil enemy. What if the enemy isn’t really evil? Would the war still be just? Explain. Cluster Group = 3 min.Outer Students = 2 min.

 So again…I believe the overarching question we must ask ourselves is: “Do morals and ethics override economic stability?”  What if morals & ethics were thrown out the window…what is happening today? Scary thought huh?  Think about the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008," otherwise known as the $700 billion Wall Street bailout... ▪ Just food for thought…I’ll leave you all with this.

Franklin D. Roosevelt Barack H. Obama Lyndon B. Johnson

Make sure to mention… Cold War Era: US has taken out 114 dictators that have threatened us. WOW! Cubans coming to America…want to escape communism when they can. – Page 835 in book. Berlin wall…once opened, east flooded into the west! Yesterday. Mention Latin America & middle east too. & others…people want to come to America and people either love us, hate us, or are just jealous of us! But that’s for you to decide.
