 Gives updates on teams progress to the teacher  Makes notes on important ideas & thoughts expressed by the group  Checks to be sure that all ideas are clear and relate to the task  Records the progress of the team & each team member  Summaries teams progress at the end of the lesson to the teacher and other groups  Says things like ‘I think I heard you say ____, is that right?’

Makes sure the group is using the time well! Keeps track of the time Moves the group along to ensure the task in completed in the allocated time Says things like ‘We only have __ minutes left on that task’ & ‘Team we have __ minutes until we need to move on!’

 Collects supplies for the team (Paper, pens, text books etc!)  Calls the teacher over for a question  Cares for and returns the supplies  Organises clean up when the task is complete
