Analogies Homework

There are six analogy relationships that you must know! So what is an analogy? A word relationship! Ex: How does paw relate to cat?? The paw is part of the cat so the relationship is part/whole! There are six analogy relationships that you must know! Part/whole (paw is to cat) Animal/habitat (bee is to hive) Product/source (paper is to tree) Object/action (ball is to throw) Antonyms (tall is to short) Synonyms (cold is to chilly)
