Initiation Specification Vendor Selection Project Implementation Operations Organizations have started with the GOLearn program at every phase from Initiation to Operations. The 5 Stages

Goals –Introduction to e-Learning –Understanding of organizational goals –Obtain support of management. Activities –Review common pitfalls –Questionnaire –Samples of what other agencies have done –Identify internal stakeholders –Create Project Charter –Determine an implementation strategy GOLearn has experience working with both e-Learning vendors and Federal Agencies. GOLearn understands the language and common pitfalls of the e-Learning industry. 1- Initiation
