This is the Savings Banks SchoolService Savings banks and schools - a partnership with tradition The background: Since their establishment, savings banks have had a public mission: to actively support economic education and educating children to save. To this day, the savings banks’ social responsibility and their mission in society have been anchored in the Savings Banks Acts of Germany’s federal states and in the charters of savings banks. Savings banks support schools in a variety of ways within the framework of their local Savings Banks SchoolService commitment.
