PERSONAL INTEREST…  I have always been interested in International Relations and Political Science.  It is a great way to get larger job opportunities.  Travel is a big part of the job and I love to travel so I would want to do a job that involves travelling.  Planning events is something I like that is also involved in the job.

RESULTS/ADVIC E…  Don’t go into life forcing yourself to follow only one thing, let yourself be open to go with opportunities you are given.  Learning how to manage chaos and find order in the craziest of situations is a tool you will use extensively.  Working at the White House, every day is different, so if you love schedules and consistency, this job is probably not for you.  Organization is HUGE! (planning parties, events, meetings, etc.)  Be prepared to travel to anywhere in the world and work with anyone (either Vice President, President, First Lady, etc.)  Must be a good team member and work well with others!
