2015 GEPC Meetings (proposed) 1 1.Conference & Leadership Meetings: Avoid poorly attended Sunday afternoon times. West coast can’t get to Sunday afternoon times. No GEPC Sessions on Tuesday, so start Conference and Leadership meetings early. Finish before Exhibition Reception & AirBreathing Propulsion Dinner meeting at 18:30. Leadership team meeting increased to 90 minutes. 2.General meeting: Wednesday meeting does not interfere with other meetings. Make dinner meeting. GEPC Sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, so many will be available for Wed evening. Expand to 2.5 hours (maybe have time for speaker).
