Levels of Competition – Fall Leadership Conferences – Presented by different areas across the state, check – Regional Leadership Conference – Last three weekends in January. First level of competition, participate in Torch Awards program, State Service Projects, Regional President elected, winners advance to State competition

Torch Awards 9 Torches – faith, hope, love, friendship, cooperation, patriotism, leadership, service, knowledge – Promotes community involvement, adaptability and action inside and outside of BPA. 4 Levels – diplomat, executive, statesman, ambassador
