Prepaid Products - Introduction Demand for prepaid products is increasing every day. The prepaid technology originated in the mobile phone industry, but shortly after it spread to other markets such as water, electricity and gas meter markets

Main Advantages It is 100% certain that each used cube will be paid – and in advance!. There will be no need for personnel to collect unpaid bills The meter display will give information about the credit that has been used and how much is left. A lot of cost can be saved on meter reading personnel. All meters are protected against fraud. The systems are easy and intuitive to use and no training is needed. Price changes can be programmed very easily. All projects are protected by project security codes during the production. 2 alarm levels in the meter warns the user before credit reaches zero so they will have enough time to buy new credit.

IR Water Meter The IRWM is a brand new type of prepaid water meter based on IR communication. The special IR card is used to transfer credit to the meter and to return back data to the SQL server based management system. The meter can be used as a regular water meter or as a prepaid meter and the setting is made by an IR remote control very easy.
