Warning Signs of Stress: Emotional Signs Anxiety- you have an increased amount of worrying Apathy- you find yourself not caring about things that you should like grades or work Irritability- you get irritated easier Mental Fatigue- you find that you get tired from thinking easier

Warning Signs of Stress: Behavioral Signs Avoidance of responsibilities and relationships- you find that you dodge a relationship or don’t want to take part in the relationship when you have a job to do in it. Extreme or Self-Destructive Behavior- over- eating, cutting, intense drug use, gambling. Self-Neglect- ignoring personal problems and responsibilities Poor Judgment- Irrational decision making
