Condition of employment – the wages, hours of work and other benefits such as leave entitlements to a particular person. Award – a legally binding agreement that sets out the minimum wages and conditions for a job in a particular industry. Remuneration – all forms of pay or rewards to employees arising from their employment. It has two main components direct financial payments in the form of wages, salaries, incentives, commissions and bonuses and indirect payments in the form of financial benefits such as motor vehicles, parking or subsidised childcare.
