NSW Department of Education & Training Sydney Region NSW Public Schools – Leading the Way Sydney Region Supported Equipment Standard equipment Sydney Region provides support for following DET T4L rollout computers and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) School discretionary purchased DET T4L spec computers. No support is provided for following computers Donated to the school by any organisation Donated to the school by a parent The computer purchased is NOT a current or previous DET supported model, e.g. Mac Mini, ASUS laptop and custom built PCs

Limited support provided. If a hardware failure occurs the unit will need to be retired. Support limited to software and connectivity and imaging (Original SOE only)

If the school wishes to continue use of this equipment they will need to provide support for it. No images will be available for this equipment.
