Conclusions 1- The three presentations about ALICE and the related exchanges of ideas showed that the EELA project is ready to accept the ALICE applications. 2- The presentation of the CETA Scientific Director and further discussions helped to state the timetable of the availability of its resources for the ALICE applications. The CETA center and the bandwidth connection with CIEMAT are expected to be fully operational by fall Until this date, the more important part of the resources will be operational in CIEMAT. 3- The presentation of the EELA Project Coordinator and the WP3 manager and further discusions assured that CIEMAT will have capacity to run a sizeable part of the resources by next June. 4- The presentations about ALICE physics from CERN and USC gave an orientation to the physics to be developped in CIEMAT. 5- The above points gave way to a request from CIEMAT to join the ALICE Collaboration and it has been submitted to the ALICE Management Board.
