Costa Concordia is the largest Italian Ship ever built. It is owned and operated by Costa Cruises a subsidiary of American-British Carnival Corporation. The ship is currently capsized off the coast and at high risk of falling into deeper waters and sinking "Given the extensive damage reported, it appears possible that the ship is a total loss.
