CO2 TRAINING CH(CPT) JOE HUGHES, FACILITATOR Shakespeare on Leadership

RATIONALE A former Professor at Old Dominion University with whom I was acquainted, Dr. Frederick Talbott, has written on the importance of William Shakespeare’s words offering us lessons on leadership. His research into Shakespeare’s plays led him to discover timeless truths that compliment the hundreds of leadership books on the market. Dr. Talbott’s goal was to share Shakespeare’s messages to generate and promote positive leadership. I have looked over his work and chosen a few choice gems to use in this Consideration of Others (CO2) Training as “talking points” for group discussion.
