The Preliminary regulations are released on April 16 th, allowing 60 days for comments and recommendations. DEED reviews the 2,400+ pages and makes assignments to the workgroups. TEGL is released, focusing on what DOL expects to be in place by July 1, 2015 and shortly after. DEED and MWCA ask for a special meeting to address these priority issues. Regional Planning Focus. The Local Boards are charged with leading regional planning. State Unified Plan Focus The State Unified Plan is due March of Local Plan Focus The State will issue Local Planning Guidance.
