OneNote and our PM Project Marquita Fitzpatrick Corstina Smith

1. Go to or open your OneNote app to create a new book. 2.Create a link and share it with your partner(s ).

3. Choose a page template and begin planning your project 4. Click (+) too add a new section to your notebook

5. Transfer Word docs saved in OneDrive to your OneNote with this tool. Highlight areas you want changed. Click anywhere on the notebook page to write or add a quick note to communicate with your partner(s). The notebook will update automatically. Make the desired change in your Word doc. Your notebook and OneDrive will update automatically. Quick note

Follow steps 3-5 for each document you complete. Remember OneNote is a notebook you can write and draw anywhere on the page. Remember in order to smoothly transfer files you must use Microsoft products. If you use other docs convert them or copy and paste onto Word or other Microsoft products then save in your OneDrive. Any doc updated will automatically update in OneDrive as well as in OneNote.
