Beijing is located at 39° 54′ 50″ N, 116° 23′ 30″ E , South,East and West of Hebei and North of Tianjin.

Climate- Warm largely continental and very dry with long winters. Vegitation- There are still some wooded areas were humans don’t go often. Land Forms- Mountains.

Beijing has a population of 2,000,000. Economy- Pig iron, electrical engineering, machine tools, and hand made things. Language- Mandarin Chinese

Area- 16, km2 (6,487 sq m Yung-Ting River flows through Beijing. They have cut down the surrounding forests.1. Dams? _2. Canals? _The Grand Canal links Hangzhou and Zhejiang with Beijing.3.
