Lab Safety Cartoon Physical Science Objective –To understand all the lab safety guidelines and explain why they are important. Students will create a poster / cartoon to explain their rule. Rules will be assigned so all key ones are covered.

Lab Safety Cartoon Requirements –Clearly states the rule in your own words. –Explains why the rule is important and perhaps what could happen if it isn’t followed. –Is neat and colorful. Use colored pencils. –First and last name and period are on the front. –Clearly presented to the class. –Paper is provided.

Lab Safety Cartoon Grading Poster clearly explains why the rule is important and consequences – 10 pts. Poster shows quality work; neat, colorful, and creative, all directions followed – 10 pts. Clearly presented to class, rule is well explained in your own words – 5 pts.
