Objectives 1.Differentiated and prioritized supply chain risks by frequency of occurrence and impact 2.Described possible potential strategies for each risk. These strategies may differ based on the category of impact and frequency of occurrence.

Activity 1: 10 min small group discussion Place the following risks in the quadrant you think is most appropriate.
