14 ISIR Request: Selection Criteria  SSN/Name ID (manually enter or provide SSN file)  School code  Transaction number: first, last, all, specific, or greater than X  Eligibility status  Veteran status  Verification status  Dependency status  Grade level  EFC range  Date Range for process date, receipt date, or date completed  Combination of these

18 Let’s create a query  What if we say on February 25 th we want to select: –Pell Eligible students –By processed date –Processed between January 1 st and March 1 st –Set it to run March 2 nd.

29 ISIR Datamart  How can you use the ISIR datamart? –Trying to award FSEOG for freshman who applied early for just one of your schools –Select  grade level—first year  EFC range – 0 to 2000  Date range: Jan 1 st – Feb 25 th  School Code:

30 ISIR Datamart Requests  Options most frequently used by schools include: –Year to date –All records for one or more school(s) –By processing date –Don’t want any ISIRs until X date –Duplicate requests

31 ISIR Datamart Requests  Schools with SSN Request  Most popular Criteria used: –School Specific –Transaction Specific –SSN Specific –Date to Evaluate (Process/Transaction/Completion) –Grade Level Specific

32 ISIR Datamart:  No longer limited to one request per day  Titles can be added to each query and will be included on resulting ISIR file

33 Important Information about School Responsibilities  Retrieve and review all of the ISIRs that are automatically pushed to you  Review the ISIRs for all students who have enrolled at your school

34 Important Information  Destination Point Administrator (DPA) at your school is the only one who can make requests from the ISIR Datamart.  Sign up to be Request Only school at FSA Web Enroll Web site  Access ISIR Data Request through FAA Access Online to the CPS  See URLs and Screenshots that follow
