Wisconsin Lutheran Child & Family Service (WLCFS) has a long tradition of ◦“healing and helping people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ.” Since 1965, WLCFS has been the social service agency for the WELS/ELS community, affiliated with, but not financially supported by, either synod.
