 Improve Reading Comprehension for Slow and Fast Readers

 Encourage to have Reading Program among students  help students to have peer tutorial remedial classes

 I will provide more reading materials for struggling readers  I will ask some good reader students to help tutor on reading for struggling readers  I will create peer tutorial for remedial classes  I will provide remedial classes on basic reading like phonics

CHALLENGES SOLUTIONS A. The principal may not agree with my approach B. Parents may not understand my method C. There may be some students who may not cooperate A. I will share the course manual and my notes from the course with my principal B. I will explain to the parents the method of the objective C. I will select and encourage students who are good and fast readers to help other students

June I will identify the struggling reader August I will focus on selecting good readers and ask them for peer tutorial October I will provide reading materials for reading December I will successfully let the struggling readers read and with comprehension
