3 General opinion on the project of the new Act - is this Act in conformity with 2009/28/WE Directive and its main tasks? - what is the position of energy producers? - possible impact on energy sector - environmental issues

4 Legal aims of the Project - relation of the project to Energy Efficiency Act - will be the administrative barriers limited? - is the development of the renewable energy sources („RES”) sector secured? - impact of RES on energy security of Poland

5 Mechanism and instruments promoting RES (Chapter 4 of the Project) - does obligation of connection to the grid exist? - guarranteed purchase price - tax exemptions and other relieves - informative campaigns and their role

6 Sustainable development and RES - burning biomass with coal and its results - environmental limitations – other issues which should not be forgotten
