Emotional Health Attributes of an emotionally healthy person: – Maintain good relationships w/self and others – Take care of self (eat well, active, rest, etc.) – Continues to develop relationships – Secure – Able to function through daily living (school, work, play, has balance, etc.)

Emotional Health Attributes of an unhealthy person: – Lacks goals and an understanding of what’s necessary to succeed – Self-Destructive (abuses drugs & alcohol) – Overeats or Under-eats consistently when dealing with stress) – Overwork or Works to little
