 Cleaning your computer and the computer components helps keep the components in good working condition and helps keep the computers from spreading germs.  Having dust in your computer can cause slow motion and component failure. You need to clean your computer at least once a month.

 If your allergic to dust you should wear a dust mask if you have lung or any other conditions.  When cleaning your computer make sure that it’s completely turned off.  Do not eat or drink around your computer.  Limit smoking around your computer.

 Cloths  Portable Vacuum  Cotton Swabs  Rubbing Alcohol  Foam Swabs

 Collect all the tools.  Shut down your computer and disconnect all peripherals from the computer.  Work in an area that has no carpet.  Remove the computer and begin cleaning.  Start dusting and use the compressed air to blow out the inside of the machine.  Then vacuum out the big dust clumps.
