Archstone Studio City Apartments Studio City, California

Which Apartment and Why? Archstone Studio City Apartments 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Nice, Spacious, Great Facilities (pools, common room, gym) Good location- close to major beaches and coastlines, right in downtown Los Angeles

Payment Plan Rent: $1,900 a month Security Deposit: $500 Utilities: parking-free, application-$42, storage-$55 per month, pet- $50 per month, and all other utility expenses To pay for all of those expenses, I plan on taking out a loan. I will have a steady income from my job that will be beneficial to making payments on-time and regularly

Roommate? As of right now, I am not going to have a roommate, but in the future I probably will. When I get a roommate, I’m going to have them pay half of all the expenses each month, so then we can equally share and enjoy the apartment.

Furnishing 2 Bedrooms: 2 bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands Living Room: coffee table, couch, chair, tv/entertainment center, lamps, side table Kitchen appliance Dining Room: dinning room table with at least 4 chairs Bathroom appliances

Obligations I will fulfill my obligations as a tenant and maintain this apartment by respecting it and keeping it in perfect condition. Since it is not my own apartment, I will follow all of the landlord’s rules and regulations. The apartment will look just how is does at the end of my stay as it does when I begin to lease it.
