Program Goals 50% of youth with a substance abuse intervention goal will show a reduction in use 10% of youth will show an increase in understanding perceived risk towards substance use 10% of youth will show an improvement in attendance 25% of youth will show an increase in passing grades

Selected & Indicated Prevention Screening and referral Support Groups – Newcomers –Children of Substance Abusing Parents –Recover support –At Risk –Intervention

Program Outcomes Reductions in substance use: 41% reduction in cigarette use 63% reduction in alcohol use 66% reduction in binge drinking 54% reduction in marijuana use

Program Outcomes Reductions in negative behaviors: 34% reduction in skipping school 22% reduction in hitting/hurting someone 29% reduction in physical fights
