Participants: WIPO, League of Arab Countries, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Paraguay, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, Uruguay and Yemen.
