Background for a new economic profile of Kharkov city  should be formed on the basis of a unified, system and innovation platform for development  It should reflect the economic motivation for all the key stakeholders’ participation in it  Moreover, it would admit to achieve synergies of stakeholders’ involvement, and would be open for an adequate response outside and for dynamic new external challenges

The basis for the stable functioning of the GeoTechnopolis platform  the well-established networking business processes between the basic elements of the G-Platform  clear information exchange protocols within the internal network processes,  motivation and resource allocation system based on the key performance indicators.
