Functional blocks of the GeoTechnopolis  universities,  small and medium intellectual businesses,  large industrial business,  scientific and technological, industrial parks Kharkov (Ukraine) and Belgorod (Russia) regions,  systems of suburban recreation areas in Kharkov region (Ukraine),  customs and logistic centers with access to the international transport corridor "Europe - Western China",  some other special-purpose organizations,  the center of attraction and export promotion agency,  technology transfer centre,  external funds and investors,  channels for access for EU and Russian scientific networks, exchanges & projects.
