Emperors of the Roman Empire The Good * the Bad * and the Ugly

I know that the Roman Empire was ruled by many emperors. I will learn about some of the good and bad leaders by doing a mini research project with my group. I will show what I know by creating one of the following : POSTER BOARD,PLAY WITH SCRIPT,SONG WITH LYRICS,BODY MAP,CIRCLE BOOK,POWER POINT WITH GRAPHICS or, NEWS REPORT and presenting it to the class. Shared Learning Target

Assignment Students will pick an emperor from a hat In their groups students will work together through research (in comp. lab and classroom) in order to answer essential questions on their emperor Students will then put the information together into a presentation Be creative!! Some of these emperors are VERY interesting! (3 days research, 1 day put together, 1 day present)

Additional Info. Students must keep a notebook/handout to track their work during research. Each group member should have questions to research and should write them down for a notebook/handout check each day. Presentations must be between minutes. No longer no less. At the end of the presentations, students will write a 1 page reflection on their experience.
