Organizational Efficiency Meeting August 9,2012

 All staff models respect, positive attitude  Follow up with parents when they have an issue  Teacher calls for positive comments  Follow protocols for open enrollments

 No one on campus after hours without an administrator or designee assigned at site  Follow up to ensure all doors/gates locked—do not assume this gets done  Ensure that security alarms are set ◦ Do not share codes—breaches are traced and monitored  Remember that hanging paper, etc. near vents can set off alarms  NUMEROUS alarm calls—often result in overtime for District security monitors  The administrator must call Frank or Sixto to make arrangements to have opened

 Notify Prevention Office regarding planned events to ensure security has been addressed

 Report all incidents: thefts, break-ins, injuries, mandatory reports, medical emergencies, etc.  Complete Emergency Incident Report and send to Incident Report Team  Some CPS calls just reported through s—those requiring more information reported on Incident Report Team—if sensitive information, indicate on Emergency Incident Report that separate report following—  Separate report (within 24 hours) goes to Student Services only

 Contact Frank Morales or Sixto Molina  Parents contact 911  Frank and Sixto work with law enforcement
