© 2010 Chevron CUE – Well Ops Policy  The purpose of the CUE Well Ops Policy is to: –Define what is a well Anomaly –Define interfaces/roles and responsibilities of those involved with the Management of wells –Specify the monitoring, maintenance, testing and reporting requirements required for these wells. –Explain the concept of a “Well Integrity Panel” and detail its role and responsibilities. 3
