BACKGROUND & HISTORY The Palm Harbor Golf Club originally opened in 1973 as a community amenity for “Palm Coasters.” The golf course property (with the exception of the driving range property) was donated to the City of Palm Coast after a developer halted redevelopment due to the real estate market downturn. Palm Harbor Golf Club re-opened for play on November 7, 2009 under a management agreement with Kemper Sports Management. The current agreement with Kemper Sports Management is set to expire November 6, 2014.
