We are faced with the challenge of better preparing our students for college and careers. We are also faced with great financial uncertainty. We are forced to do more with less. We must remain focused, keep our eye on the ball and remember why we entered education to begin with. We must remain united and supportive to our students, they need us more now than ever before!

School Factors Influencing Achievement Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum Challenging Goals and Effective Feedback Parent and Community Involvement Safe and Orderly Environment Collegiality and Professionalism From Robert J.
