Executive Summary WaterMark Information Services Inc. of Houston, TX resided in the pre-employment screening industry. Our task is to make improvements to their pre-screening application. We agreed to aid them by designing a more efficient user friendly application.

Scope Statement Make improvements to the flow of information Enhancements - Data Entry, Navigation, Usability All phases of the application must be completed within a 15 week time frame.

Objectives Improve flow between forms Create a dynamic data entry page Add functionality to the pending file area
